Grossed Out
Just moments ago I returned from a small trip to the grocery store. We essentially had no options, now we have a few. I was putting eggs into the egg holder in the fridge. The first egg I pulled out of the carton had feathers stuck to it. I know where eggs come from, but geez! Can't they wash that off? I'm pretty grossed out. I put the egg back in the carton and went on to the next one. I will deal with it another time.

ReplyDeletedo they eat the shells over there? if not, the insides should be fine. im fairly certain that if you crack it open you will find none other than semi-sterile yolk...and/or creme filling...
ReplyDeleteOk, ok,that is a little "off-putting", but I say at least it's not as mundane as coming home from publix and having feathers stuck on your egg!! Years from now you can say, "once, while i was living in France...." See,glass half full!!
